Wong Hai 黄海 (b. 1949) started learning western painting under the tutelage of Singapore artist Lim Kang Kee 林江奇 in 1970. Watercolour is his favourite medium, although he also paints in oil. An active member of Singapore's art societies, he has participated in numerous art exhibitions in Singapore and overseas.
