The wonder, the marvel, the curiosity, the fear, the innocence, the joy, and oft the simple truth, to a child who sees or tries something for the first time. We once all had it. To re-open our eyes and feelings once again as a child would was what inspired this series.

Ong Hwee Yen is a Singapore-based artist whose vibrant oil paintings celebrate the city’s dynamic urban landscape and cultural heritage in her unique expressive style. Largely self-taught, her distinctive colourful palette with a touch of whimsicality brings life to traditional Chinese architecture, Peranakan shophouses, travel-inspired scenes, and dreams-inspired abstracts.

TOGETHER - Art Exhibition in support of the President’s Challenge 2026

This is the third edition of the largest fund-raising exhibition by Singaporean artists for beneficiaries supported by the President's Challenge (PC). President's Challenge 2026 will support 121 programmes across 60 organisations to drive sustained social upliftment in Singapore.

50% of all sales proceeds will be donated to the President's Challenge; tax deductions will be available where applicable. Donors will be invited to the "Donor Appreciation Ceremony" to receive a certificate of appreciation from the Guest-of-Honour.
