Mark Luo 罗福章 (b. 1943) is a Singapore second generation artist. Mark graduated from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in 1962 and worked as an Art Director until he retired in 1998, after which he became a full-time artist. Throughout the years of his art practice, his works were highly commended in many competitions such as the UOB Painting of the Year Competitions in 1989, 1990 and 1992. Mark actively participates in art exhibitions held in Singapore and internationally. His works are collected by numerous corporations and private collectors in Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain, Switzerland and USA.

Mark draws on the elements of everyday life into his artistic creation. Through his unique character and striking colours, viewers can enter into his world of contradicting ideas which is intense and complex yet exceptionally stunning, revealing his innermost tranquil oasis.
