Mark Luo 罗福章 graduated from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore in 1962 and worked as an Art Director until 1998. Throughout the years of his art practice, his works were Highly Commended in many competitions, such as UOB Painting Of The Year Competitions (1989, 1990 and 1992).

TOGETHER - Art Exhibition in support of the President’s Challenge 2026

This is the third edition of the largest fund-raising exhibition by Singaporean artists for beneficiaries supported by the President's Challenge (PC). President's Challenge 2026 will support 121 programmes across 60 organisations to drive sustained social upliftment in Singapore.

50% of all sales proceeds will be donated to the President's Challenge; tax deductions will be available where applicable. Donors will be invited to the "Donor Appreciation Ceremony" to receive a certificate of appreciation from the Guest-of-Honour.
