Lim Hwee Tiong 林辉忠 has been painting for more than 60 years and he continues to push the boundaries for works in watercolour. He loves plein-air painting but instead of painting the scene in front of him as it is, he abstracts it and creates his own interpretation. The result is a contemporary piece of watercolour work unlike any other. He won first prize in the 1985 UOB Painting of the Year competition and recently published a collection of his works in "The Art of Lim Hwee Tiong".

TOGETHER - Art Exhibition in support of the President’s Challenge 2026

This is the third edition of the largest fund-raising exhibition by Singaporean artists for beneficiaries supported by the President's Challenge (PC). President's Challenge 2026 will support 121 programmes across 60 organisations to drive sustained social upliftment in Singapore.

50% of all sales proceeds will be donated to the President's Challenge; tax deductions will be available where applicable. Donors will be invited to the "Donor Appreciation Ceremony" to receive a certificate of appreciation from the Guest-of-Honour.
