Dr. Iskandar Jalil is a Singaporean ceramist (b. January 5, 1940) who received the Cultural Medallion for Visual Arts in 1988. Before retiring in 1999, he worked as a teacher at the Baharuddin Vocational Institute and then the School of Design at Temasek Polytechnic. Additionally, he taught at the Nanyang School of Fine Arts and community centers. At the National University of Singapore, he continues to deliver weekly pottery seminars.

TOGETHER - Art Exhibition in support of the President’s Challenge 2026

This is the third edition of the largest fund-raising exhibition by Singaporean artists for beneficiaries supported by the President's Challenge (PC). President's Challenge 2026 will support 121 programmes across 60 organisations to drive sustained social upliftment in Singapore.

50% of all sales proceeds will be donated to the President's Challenge; tax deductions will be available where applicable. Donors will be invited to the "Donor Appreciation Ceremony" to receive a certificate of appreciation from the Guest-of-Honour.
