See Hiang To 施香沱 (1906–1990) is Singapore’s pioneer artist. He taught in Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts for more than 40 years and many of Singapore’s established artists were his students. A master in Chinese calligraphy, Chinese ink painting and seal carvings, he is known as a gentle and dedicated educator.
